MIDLOTHIAN, Ill. — SWAT teams are responding to a liquor store in Midlothian Wednesday morning.The incident was reported just before 11 a.m. near 147th Street and Springfield Avenue.The incident remains active outside Emporium Liquors. According to police, residents are being asked to stay clear of the area.Skycam9 captured a large police and SWAT presence outside of the liquor store.No further details have been provided at this time.This is a developing story. CHICAGO — Chicago police are searching for a man who attempted to sexually assault a woman last week in Ukrainian Village.The attack happened around 5 p.m. on Nov.16 in the 2400 block of West Superior Street.According to police, the man followed the woman from the bus stop at Western Avenue and Chicago Avenue, and forcefully grabbed her into a gangway and pushed her against the stairs. He began to take off his clothes and then attempted to take off the woman's clothing.Police said the woman screamed for help and someone heard her and chased the man away. He was last seen fleeing west on Superior Street and then south on Campbell Avenue. NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Members of the '80s power duo Hall & Oates are involved in a lawsuit, which appears to have reached a boiling point as Daryl Hall has filed for a restraining order against John Oates.Hall filed a complaint against Oates in Nashville Chancery Court on Nov. 16, in addition to a motion for a temporary restraining order. The court approved the motion with the restraining order to begin on Nov. 30.Little is known about the lawsuit filed by The Daryl Hall Revocable Trust against Oates’ trust, The John W. Oates TISA Trust, and its co-trustees.The lawsuit is referred to as a “contract/debt” suit and the documents are sealed. TMZ reports the dispute is in regard to a breach of contract. CHICAGO — Police are warning residents following an armed robbery spree Tuesday morning on the city's West Side. According to police, five armed robberies occurred between 6 and 8 a.m. on Nov. 21. The unknown offenders targeted victims who were either sitting in a vehicle or walking on the sidewalk. WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — Tuesday, the Williamson County Commissioners Court accepted the results of a biennial report on adult sexual assaults. AUSTIN (KXAN) — Two children are safe and a woman was arrested after an Amber Alert was issued out of Kyle Tuesday evening.The two children had been taken by a family friend to go fishing Tuesday morning. The mother called Kyle Police at 2:33 p.m. after not hearing from them since.About 30 minutes after the Amber Alert was issued Tuesday night, neighboring Caldwell County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call about a vehicle that matched the description in the alert.Deputies responded to the vehicle, located in the 7000 block of Camino Real, north of Uhland. The children and suspect were taken into custody and released to Kyle police.Kyle police said Kylei Glasgow, 20, was asleep in the vehicle. A 17-year-old pleaded guilty Tuesday to fatally stabbing a fellow student in the hallway of their St. Paul high school earlier this year.The Ramsey County attorney’s office originally charged Nosakhere Kazeem Holmes, who was 16 at the time of the stabbing, with unintentional second-degree murder in the death of Devin Denelle Edward Scott, 15.
