$20,000 reward offered for young mother who disappeared in Antelope Valley A $20,000 reward is being offered in the search for a young mother who disappeared after driving away from her home in Los Angeles County in 2015.Monique Figueroa, 27, was last seen leaving her Littlerock home to visit the Florence area on May 19, 2015, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.Her father was the last person to see her drive away from their residence on the 7200 block of East Avenue U-12 around 4 a.m.Her disappearance is being investigated as “suspicious” and as a possible kidnapping, said LASD. Senate Bill 23-213 makes way for more housing by allowing people to build accessory dwelling units, duplexes, triplexes or townhomes on their properties.“By cutting red tape, legalizing more housing choices, strengthening property owners' rights, and planning for future growth, we can create more housing at a lower cost in Colorado communities near where people work or play,” Gov.
